BGR Recommends Fan Fiction Reviews

Every now and then you come across a site that's not only a good idea, but is also well-executed. Fan Fiction Review's mission is to present objective reviews of online fan fiction and original, unpublished fiction. They review all genres and fandoms, and have an admirable policy of not reviewing any of their own work, the works of friends or anything on which they've served as a beta.

Fan Fiction Reviews also accepts recommendations and submissions from guest reviewers as long as the guest reviewer follows the same rules of impartiality observed by the regular reviewers.

They currently have reviews on about 35 different works and are adding more as real life permits. Check them out at:

On that note, we are honored to have a couple of our own authors featured by Fan Fiction Reviews. "Dark Coda" by Estraven is a relatively new fic in the Nikki and Helen/Bad Girls fandom. Estraven's story begins shortly after Nikki's release from Larkhall and is a riveting take on post-series three with some major twists and bumps along the way.

Many readers will also remember Pearcey, one of the original Bad Girls fanfic authors who had her own web page that is now only accessible through internet archives. BGR is proud to announce that Pearcey has graciously archived her stories with us and they are all available in the "Potted Plants" forum on the board.

Reviews for Estraven's "Dark Coda" and Pearcey's "Wade Out" are available on Fan Fiction Reviews.
